I have lived here for over 6 years and am very happy with the quality of service I get from maintenance and the front office staff. Kyle and Marco are amazing. They are so friendly, helpful and always deliver prompt service. Paige and Jocelyn are sweet and always there to assist or provide solutions to problems. I'm definitely happy with living here ☺️

We just moved in but can say that the River Run staff has been very helpful and pleasant. Complex is well maintained and has good community amenities.

I have reside here for several years. I can’t express the excellent conditions of the apartments. Modern and efficient! The office staff are kind and very responsive to the needs of the tents. So proud and Bless to call this home!

I was a resident for over seven years. Paige and her team was very helpful, dedicated and provided great customer service. They also had a great maintenance team led by Marco whose response to any maintenance issue was always very quick and professional.

We have been living here for a year and a half and absolutely love the community. The pool is a great place to socialize in the summer. During the winter we use the gym near daily. With the incredible office staff, responsive maintenance crew, and the BEST social events, this place is absolutely the place to live.

I didn't select River Run due to distance from my family. However, I wanted to say Paige was very kind and professional. The property is gorgeous! They have a yoga room and a regular gym with a stair master. River Run Apartments have ample community events and that's a great feature to have. The units are clean and spacious from what I could see.

The leasing office here are really amazing. My family needed a 3 bedroom apartment to move into and even though we were 6th on the waiting list they figured out a way to get us what we needed. We didn't know where we were going to live and getting the call from them that they had a place for us was super exciting! Jocelyn & Jordan were super helpful with the entire process. Can't wait to move in 😁
